Testing Facilities

Quality has always been the cornerstone of our continued excellence and superior customer value.
And to ensure that we put-to-work multiple sophisticated testing equipment.

Digital Coatmeter

It is a highly intelligent and precise instrument used to quickly and accurately measure thickness of coating or plating on almost all kinds of metal surface. It is not only indicates thickness of coating or plating, but also automatically identifies the base material.

Hardness Tester Shore

The Shore durometer is an instrument used for measuring the material’s hardness, generally rubbers, elastomers, and polymers. The Shore A hardness measurement is called ‘’durometer’’. Tests are carried out on cured rubber according to ASTM D2240, and on a complete O Ring according to ASTM D1414. Durometer instrument comprises of a toughened steel rod with a beveled cone at the tip. The steel rod is spring-loaded and activates a gauge with a scale between 1 and 100.

Viscosity Cup

A viscosity cup is an instrument used to determine a fluid’s thickness and flow resistance. This is done by introducing a sample of the fluid into a container with a hole in its bottom and recording the time it takes for the container to empty when draining the fluid through the opening. The faster the fluid is drained, the less viscous the fluid is and vice versa.
